Blessed!

I am so lucky to have my job! Don't get me wrong--If I won the lottery and inherited a massive amount of money--I'd probably quit! I have to stop every few days and remind myself that I don't have to work nights or weekends anymore. I get to drop my kids off at school and pick them up when they are done. I have "normal" hours!! WOO HOO.

Just thought I'd share. Leave a comment and share how you are blessed!!

I haven't forgotten.....

my tiny lil' blog. I do solemnly swear that come the first of the year--I promise to post more often. Now considering how few posts that I actually have done, this should not be a difficult promise to keep.

I hope and pray that all who glance at this are blessed!!

REMEMBER!! JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON!!!

God Blessings and Love,

No pics due to embarrassment

THE BATHROOM SAGA CONT......
I refuse to add pictures of my bathroom at this time in fear that I will be forever labeled as the boringest (is that a word?) bathroom of all times. I did get a new shower curtain last weekend and I am hoping to be inspired by it. Stay tuned....

CANDLE UPDATE....
I received my new fall scent samples and catalogs yesterday. These are my favorite scents of the year. I LOVE FALL!!!! And I might add there are some mighty cute items for Halloween and Christmas. Did I just type Christmas? That can't be. WANT TO HAVE A PARTY AND RECEIVE FREE STUFF? Call me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still alive here

just encase you thought i never came out from painting the bathroom. Good news is the bathroom is painted. i chickened out, went with a real boring cream color. it hit me when i was priming over the dark red, that i really don't like painting anymore. so i decided to play it safe, go with a blah color on the walls, and add punch with accessories.

i have been busy with the family. school started so we are getting used to that. my little boy started kindergarden. it was tougher on mom than him. i did some canning today. a coworker gave me 2.5 tons of the smallest apples i have ever seen.

i am gonna try to post some items on here in the next few days about my latest activities. i am a Gold Canyon demonstrator. fall is my favorite time of the year and the new catalogs are just coming out. there are some awesome fall scents and some very cute Halloween items.

my other latest obsession that has been taking up alot of my time is paper crafting. i am putting together a website to show what i have been up to. stay tuned!!

hope all is well and until next time

On a serious note...

I do have to get our upstairs bathroom painted today. It has been out of commission for quite some time now ( I won't mention how long because it is embarrassing). Grandpa Fred laid the tile on Thursday night and before he comes to grout, I had better get it painted. I am leaning towards a soft greyish blue called Hidden Cove. I will try to post some pics.

Wish me luck!

I am coming out....

It is official. I am addicted to reading blogs. I seriously think I could sit here all day in my PJs and read blog after blog after blog after blog (you get the point). I've known that I have had a problem with the Internet for some time now (see Scott I can admit it) but just recently I have discovered Blogging. OMG. I LOVE IT.

My favorite blogs to read are about scrapbooking, stamping, and crafts. As soon as I can figure out how to post the sites, I will.

Last weekend we went to Kearney and stayed overnight. The kids really enjoy swimming at the motel. While there, we visited Harmon Park. OMG! What a beautiful sight. If you ever get the chance, go see it. I am embarrassed to say how many times I have driven right by it and never thought about stopping. Makes me wonder what else I have passed up.

It had been awhile since all of us were in the van for an extended amount of time. I will have you all know that we brought back just as many kids as what we left with and all of them were unharmed during our trip. It didn't take long for me to remember that there mouths are constantly running. Very rarely was there a moment of peace.
